  Jörg Leichtfried (S&D). - Frau Präsidentin! Bei diesem mündlichen Änderungsantrag handelt es sich nicht um eine epochale Änderung des ganzen Berichts, aber es ist trotzdem nicht unwichtig, dass in Absatz 4 nach dem Wort „effectiveness“ angeführt werden sollte:

and in full compliance with Article 21 of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights on non-discrimination and in line with EU Legislation on data protection.

Ich ersuche, diesen Änderungsantrag zu unterstützen.
