– Vor der Abstimmung über Ziffer 31:

  Cristian Dan Preda (PPE). - Aş vrea să vă propun ca prima parte a paragrafului 29 să fie suprimată:

‘Condemns the recent statement by the Japanese Minister of Justice on a possible resumption of the use of death penalty’

– Raţiunea este simplă: în cursul după-amiezii vom vota o rezoluţie special consacrată acestei probleme, rezoluţia convenită de toate grupurile politice este mult mai nuanţată decât această frază.
