– Before the vote on the legislative resolution:

  David Martin, rapporteur. − Mr President, yes, in order to allow further discussions with the Council and the Commission, I would like to propose the delay of the vote on the draft legislative resolution. I hope the House will accept that on the basis that we have made significant progress before today and today during the debate. I think that the three institutions can come together and reach agreement on this dossier.

(Parliament agreed to the request to postpone the vote.)
