– Before the vote:

  Victor Boştinaru (S&D). - Alaltăieri, în Albania, ţară care are relaţii instituţionale cu Uniunea Europeană, a avut loc o catastrofă rutieră în care şi-au pierdut viaţa 14 persoane. Un autocar s-a răsturnat într-o prăpastie şi au murit 14 persoane, alte 18 fiind într-o situaţie critică. Vă rog să folosim această ocazie pentru a transmite compasiunea şi solidaritatea noastră familiilor şi, de asemenea, mesajul nostru de condoleanţe şi solidaritate cu autorităţile şi cu poporul albanez.

  President. − Mr Boştinaru, thank you for raising that point. Your statement is noted and the House has expressed its solidarity with the victims and with the families of those victims.

  William (The Earl of) Dartmouth (EFD). - Mr President, as we are giving our condolences, can we please express our solidarity with all those people wrongly imprisoned by virtue of the European Arrest Warrant?
