  Marielle Gallo (PPE), Blue-card answer. – (FR) I hope I have misunderstood. I hope I have misunderstood that you are telling me that counterfeit medicines save lives. Generic medicines are another matter. I heard ‘counterfeit’. There is a big difference, after all! With regard to generic medicines, there is no problem with ACTA. You know this very well. Therefore, I do not understand the relevance of this question.
