– Before the vote on Amendment 3 (oral amendment)

  Libor Rouček (S&D). - Mr President, I would like to make an oral amendment to Amendment 3. I just want to add the words ‘encourages Albania and’. This means that the text would now read: ‘reiterates its conviction that borders in the Western Balkans should be fully respected, and encourages Albania and all parties concerned to refrain from any actions which could trigger regional tensions’.

  Libor Rouček (S&D). - As this oral amendment has been adopted, the Socialists and Democrats withdraw Amendment 2.
