– Vor der Abstimmung über Ziffer 40:

  Nadja Hirsch, rapporteur. − Mr President, it is necessary to change the year, because we have already decided that 2015 should be the European Year of Development. Therefore I propose, together with the other shadows, the following oral amendment ‘supports the Commission in its plan to declare 2016 the European Year of Integration.’

So we have only changed the year.
