– Before the vote on paragraph 24:

  Renate Weber, rapporteur. − Mr President, the oral amendment only speaks about replacing the word ‘oblige’ with ‘invite’, so that Member States, instead of ‘obliging’ the media sector, ‘invite’ the media sector.
