- Antes de la votación del proyecto de Resolución legislativa:

  Paul Murphy (GUE/NGL). - Mr President, on the basis of Rule 57(2), I would request that we do not take the vote on the legislative resolution and that instead it is referred back to committee and that, on the basis of the mandate of the votes in this plenary, we first engage in trilogue negotiations with the Council and Commission to try to have a first-reading agreement.
