  Christofer Fjellner, rapporteur. - Madam President, after consultation with my shadow rapporteurs, I would like to ask for the postponement of this vote so that we can start negotiations. If God and the Council are willing, we might have an agreement before the end of the parliamentary term, so please could you postpone the vote?
