- Πριν από την ψηφοφορία επί της τροπολογίας 74:

  Saïd El Khadraoui (S&D). - Madam President, Article 6.2 concerns the three trigger points from which a passenger is entitled to get compensation after a delay. To avoid confusion, the first one should cover all intra-European flights and therefore we need to replace the figure 2 500 kilometres by 3 500 kilometres. Article 6.2(a) would therefore read as follows: ‘three hours or more after the scheduled time of arrival for all journeys of 3 500 kilometres or less’. Obviously, Article 6.2(b) would be amended accordingly. I take it that the rapporteur agrees with this and I thank him for his indulgence.
