– Vor der Abstimmung über Änderungsantrag 1:

  Helmut Scholz (GUE/NGL). - Mr President, in the light of yesterday’s debate and with a clear look towards Ukraine, I would suggest that we clearly state that it is the right of the Ukrainian people to decide on their future without any international intervention. Therefore, I suggest replacing Amendment 1 with the following wording: ‘underlines the fact that it is for the Ukrainian people – and only for them – to decide, free from foreign interference, on the geopolitical orientation of the country and on which international agreements and communities Ukraine should join’. I suggest that the sentence should be added as a new last sentence to paragraph 19.

– Vor der Abstimmung über Ziffer 14:

  Elmar Brok (PPE). - Herr Präsident, Kolleginnen und Kollegen! Ich möchte darauf hinweisen, dass es durch ein Versehen in der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Antragsteller, Tabling Office und Übersetzung in Ziffer 14 zweiter Satz heißt: „.. and the introduction of personalised targeted measures“. Richtig soll es heißen: „preparation of personalised targeted measures“. Bitte, dass das dann so abgestimmt wird.
