– Przed rozpoczęciem głosowania:

  Maroš Šefčovič, Vice-President of the Commission. - Mr President, I thought that I would speak after the vote but I believe that the vote will be very positive so allow me now to congratulate Ms[nbsp ]Giannakou already and the whole Parliament team for the work on this proposal. I believe that it is rather symbolic that we are going to adopt something in the last plenary session which will be very relevant for the next elections to this Parliament.
