7.33. Razrješnica za 2012.: Europski parlament (A7-0246/2014 - Cătălin Sorin Ivan)

– Przed rozpoczęciem głosowania:

  Daniel Cohn-Bendit (Verts/ALE). - Monsieur le Président, j'invoque l'article[nbsp ]173, paragraphe[nbsp ]1. Je voudrais demander un éclaircissement à la présidence.

Lors du vote de cette résolution, nous avons voté l'amendement[nbsp ]61, paragraphe[nbsp ]2. À une majorité de 383[nbsp ]voix pour, 179 voix contre et 39[nbsp ]abstentions.

Dans cet amendement, nous avons demandé de ne pas procéder aux nominations, mais de laisser cela au prochain Bureau du Parlement. Deux jours après, le Bureau du Parlement a procédé aux nominations. Je voudrais savoir pourquoi on vote dans ce Parlement, si le Bureau peut faire ce qu'il veut?

Le Président pourrait-il m'expliquer le sens du vote de cette assemblée si, de toute façon, le Bureau ne veut pas les respecter?

  President. - Mr Cohn-Bendit, that is the division of duties and responsibilities and the Bureau of the European Parliament is responsible for taking personnel decisions. We also discussed the issue at the request of Ms Durant and we finally decided, by a large majority, that the Bureau should take those decisions during this parliamentary term. I think we can now move to the final vote because the decision two weeks ago was to postpone just the final vote and it is up to you, dear colleagues, Members of the European Parliament, whether to adopt or to reject the whole dossier.

  Jens Geier (S&D). - Herr Präsident, liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen! Unser Berichterstatter, Cătălin Sorin Ivan, ist heute leider nicht bei uns, weil er im Krankenhaus ist. Er hat mich aber als Koordinator der Sozialdemokraten im Haushaltskontrollausschuss ermächtigt, nach der Abstimmung hier bekanntzugeben, dass er seinen Namen als Berichterstatter von diesem Bericht zurückziehen möchte.
