  Janusz Lewandowski, Member of the Commission. - Mr President, I would like to draw your attention to a declaration made on behalf of the Commission concerning the Daerden report on enhanced cooperation between public employment services (PES) with regard to their participation in the PES network.

If you allow, and this is my timesaving proposal, I would like also to draw your attention to the fact that four other declarations on behalf of the Commission were made with regard to the agreement reached between the co-legislators on the following legislative files on the agenda today: the McAvan report on the European Medicines Agency; the Romeva i Rueda report on the recovery plan for bluefin tuna in the eastern Atlantic and Mediterranean; the Cadec report on the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund; and the Gál report on the European Police College.

All the Commission statements will be transmitted to Parliamentʼs services in writing and attached to the Minutes of this plenary sitting for your consideration.

2. Considers that in accordance with Article 145 TFEU this enhanced cooperation between PES is an integral part of the coordinated strategy for employment;

3. Considers that Article 149 TFEU provides the legal basis for the full participation of all the Member States in the network.
