– After the vote on paragraph 15:

  Cristian Dan Preda, author. - Madam President, I would like to move an oral amendment, but, first of all, let me welcome the former President of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, who is also here.

I would like to move an oral amendment for a new paragraph 16, to read as follows: ‘Welcomes the OSCE/ODIHR “Trial Monitoring Report Georgia” issued on 9 December 2014 and calls on the Georgian Government to seriously undertake efforts to meet the shortcomings identified therein.’
