-După votare:

  Jonathan Arnott (EFDD). - Mr President, I attempted to put in an oral explanation of vote with regard to the case of Raïf Badawi. This is a very important matter to us, and normally in this delegation we would not be voting in favour of such motions. But on this occasion we did vote in favour, because the humanitarian issue was so pressing. The difficulty is that, if we are being told we are not allowed to put in an oral explanation of vote, then we are denied the right to tell the people back in the UK why we have done what we have done.
