– Vor der Abstimmung über Änderungsantrag 14:

  Charles Tannock (ECR). – Mr President, the ECR Group would like to have an oral amendment to paragraph 36, to become a new paragraph 36a. It is the paragraph concerning the discrimination and persecution of Christians and other religious minorities. We would like to add the words ‘and ethnic’ to it. I understand it will have broader support across the House if we add those two words so it reads ‘and ethnic minority groups’.

– Vor der Abstimmung über Ziffer 47:

  Arnaud Danjean (PPE). – Monsieur le Président, avec l'accord du rapporteur, je souhaiterais ajouter un amendement oral au paragraphe 47, en vue de donner la bonne appellation aux groupes terroristes qui sont mentionnés en Afrique et, en particulier, de remplacer la mention du groupe terroriste Mujao par le groupe Al-Mourabitoune. Cela donnerait l'amendement suivant dans la version anglaise, après "Al-Qaida au Maghreb islamique":

‘Al-Mourabitoun born from the fusion of’ the... MUJAO ‘and Mokhtar Belmokhtar’s Masked Men Brigade’.

Pour mémoire, ce groupe terroriste a revendiqué l'attentat de Bamako, la semaine dernière, dans lequel un citoyen belge et un citoyen français ont été assassinés.

  Elmar Brok (PPE). – Herr Präsident, Kolleginnen und Kollegen! Ich möchte Ihnen vorschlagen, diesen Antrag anzunehmen als Zusatz zu dem bisherigen Text. Die Antragsteller sind damit einverstanden.
