10.6. Relatório de progresso de 2014 referente à Bósnia-Herzegovina (B8-0359/2015) (votação)

– Before the vote on Amendment 5:

  Cristian Dan Preda (PPE). – Doamnă președintă, amendamentul oral propune divizarea amendamentului 5 în două paragrafe. Primul ar urma să se termine după formula

‘To proceed with the conclusion and entry into force of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement’

iar al doilea paragraf ar trebui să înceapă – și aici e noutatea – cu formula

‘welcomes the long-awaited entry into force of the SAA set for 1 June 2015, which will allow Bosnia and Herzegovina to move forward in the EU integration process and open up the Reform Agenda for the benefit of the country.’

Restul amendamentului rămâne același.

Aș vrea, cu această ocazie, să le mulțumesc tuturor colegilor din grupurile politice pentru colaborare.

– Before the vote on the original text after paragraph 21:

  Cristian Dan Preda (PPE). – Doamnă președintă, vă mărturisesc că nu înțeleg de ce colegii s-au opus consemnării faptului că Acordul de Asociere va intra în vigoare. Mi se pare pur și simplu absurd - dar în fine!

Amendamentul pe care îl propun acum, după paragraful 21, se referă la atacurile teroriste recente. Sper că, în această privință măcar, vom avea un consens.

Citez acest amendament:

‘Strongly condemns the terrorist attack perpetrated on 27 April 2015 on a police station in the eastern Bosnian town of Zvornik, which claimed the life of one policeman and injured two others; expresses its solidarity with the victims and their families; condemns in the strongest terms the violent extremist ideology behind this attack; calls on the competent authorities, responsible security agencies and judicial institutions to cooperate in conducting a swift and thorough investigation and preventing future attacks; expresses hope that the institutions and citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina will come together in combating the threat of terrorism and extremist violence.’
