  Gerard Batten (EFDD). – Mr President, on a point of order, I was under the impression that political posters were not allowed in the Chamber but, when consulting the rule book, I could not actually find it. I notice that the other side of the Chamber is festooned with signs. My eyesight is not good enough to read them from here, but I presume they are of a political nature and therefore I assume that it is OK to display posters of a political nature. So I have therefore written my own hasty poster – ‘Vote UKIP’– which I will put here. If it is OK to display political posters I will bring a proper one next time and display it permanently in order to elicit votes from the electorate...
