  Presidente. – Il progetto definitivo di ordine del giorno, fissato dalla Conferenza dei presidenti giovedì 21 maggio 2015 a norma dell'articolo 149 del regolamento, è stato distribuito.

Non ho ricevuto richieste di modifica dell'ordine del giorno e pertanto prendo atto che l'ordine del giorno è rimasto invariato.

  Petras Auštrevičius (ALDE). – Mr President, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that, as we speak, there is an empty seat over there on my left, and we see that it belongs to one of the leaders of a political party from France, to Ms Marine Le Pen. I believe she is absent from this part-session not because of the trouble at Brussels airport, but because of her trip in Moscow.

According to various media reports, she is visiting Moscow to receive a regular credit line from Russian contacts and banks, and I believe she is there not just for money. She is in Moscow on instructions and we will hear about those instructions later in our session. I call on the French authorities to investigate this very dubious political campaigning and I call on Parliament to support my line.

  Jean-Luc Schaffhauser (NI). – Monsieur le Président, je voudrais signaler à mon collègue que Marine Le Pen est à Paris et que s'il tient vraiment à s'informer des relations que nous pouvons avoir avec le président de la Douma, des échanges que nous avons chaque année avec le président Narychkine, qu'il sache que cela ne relève pas d'histoires de financement mais de la politique et des relations que nous avons de manière suivie – que j'ai aussi personnellement de fort longue date, depuis vingt ans – avec ce pays. Chers collègues, arrêtez donc, s'il vous plaît, de raconter n'importe quoi, d'aller chercher vos informations dans les caniveaux et tenez-vous-en à votre métier de professionnel, de député honnête.

  Victor Boştinaru (S&D). – Mr President, I will also add my voice and ask the Conference of Presidents to consider the possibility of declaring a conflict of interests to be present when any politician or political party in this House gets loans from abroad. This is the case with the Front National and I will ask personally the Conference of Presidents to consider this very seriously.

  Presidente. – Onorevole Boştinaru, non è un punto all'ordine del giorno. Il presidente del suo gruppo, se vorrà farlo, farà presente il problema da lei sollevato in occasione della prossima riunione dei presidenti del gruppo.

Sta per iniziare la seduta solenne. Il tema non è all'ordine del giorno. Un parlamentare ha sollevato il problema, un parlamentare ha risposto. Credo che ora dobbiamo dare spazio alla seduta solenne ed ascoltare il nostro ospite che è il signor Ban Ki-Moon. Quindi sospendiamo per un minuto, dando la possibilità al signor Ban Ki-Moon e al Presidente Schulz di entrare in Aula.
