– Vor der Abstimmung über Änderungsantrag 3:

  Eduard Kukan, rapporteur. – Mr President, a very small amendment: in the second line of paragraph 7, the word ‘for’ is deleted and instead, the words ‘with willing’ are inserted, so that the text reads ‘Calls on the Vice-President/High Representative to develop proposals for cooperation with willing European neighbours based on the model ...’. I hope that everyone can accept this.
