- Après le vote sur le paragraphe 77:

  Anne-Marie Mineur (GUE/NGL). – Madam President, given the importance of transparency and the great interests that are at stake, I should like to move the following amendment after paragraph 80: ‘Points out that lobby activities before and during the COP 21 negotiations can have influence on the outcomes of the negotiations; stresses therefore that such activities should be transparent, clearly indicated in the UNFCCC daily agenda of the COP 21 and that the conference should allow equitable access to all relevant stakeholders’.
