  Claude Turmes (Verts/ALE). – Mr President, it is a bit like in Paris. We were also delayed in connection with COP. In order to update the text – because you know that in Paris, one of the big achievements was to mention the 1.5°C limit – so we added at the end of the sentence: ‘below 2 degrees Celsius’ and ‘efforts to limit the temperature increase to 1.5 degrees Celsius’.
