– Before the vote on paragraph 42:

  Reinhard Bütikofer (Verts/ALE). – Madam President, in the middle of the text I propose to add a sentence which reads, ‘urges China to reconsider its stance and calls on all the parties including China to respect the eventual decision of UNCLOS’.
