  President. – I will start by making an announcement, which reads as follows: ‘In accordance with Rule 166 of the Rules of Procedure, the President has decided to impose a penalty on Mr de Graaff for his conduct during the votes at the sitting on 28 October 2015 and it will consist in the forfeiture of his entitlement to the daily subsistence allowance for a period of five days. The decision has been notified to the Member concerned’.
