Before the vote:

  James Carver (EFDD). – Mr President, it seems most unusual that this proposal we are about to vote on was only announced at 19.00 last night in this Chamber, when there were just a handful of colleagues present. I would like to remark how unaccountable that is, bearing in mind that objections and comments had to be noted with the President’s Bureau before 20.00, and with just a handful of Members from all political groups across Parliament. I find that quite bizarre and undemocratic.
