Gemäß Artikel 61 Absatz 2 der Geschäftsordnung schlage ich vor, die Schlussabstimmung zu vertagen und stattdessen auf der Grundlage des Mandats, das wir gerade beschlossen haben, die interinstitutionellen Verhandlungen unmittelbar einzuleiten.
