19. Anföranden på en minut om frågor av politisk vikt

  Preşedinte. – Următorul punct pe ordinea de zi sunt intervențiile de un minut privind chestiuni politice importante.

  Agustín Díaz de Mera García Consuegra (PPE). – Señor Presidente, estoy aquí para defender a ochenta y cinco trabajadores, ochenta y cinco puestos de trabajo de la empresa Industrias Lácteas Vallisoletanas que el grupo francés Lactalis pone en peligro. Una planta con una facturación superior a los 50 millones de euros, un beneficio de dos millones de euros en 2014 y una producción anual de más de 94 millones de litros en 2015.

El expediente de despido colectivo presentado se basa en causas organizativas y productivas; nunca económicas, ya que la mercantil ha venido arrojando históricamente beneficios. Asistimos a un proceso de deslocalización planificada detrayendo volumen de producción de la planta para lastrar sus costes. ¿Y ello por qué? Pues porque están más preocupados por sus beneficios que por los trabajadores, y además les niegan interlocución.

Por ello, pido a la Comisión Europea que tome cuantas medidas sean necesarias para evitar este tipo de prácticas que destruyen nuestro tejido empresarial. Pido protección para los trabajadores y publicidad por este desafuero. Ellos dicen «Lauki no se cierra» y yo digo con ellos «no, no se cierra Lauki».

  Tonino Picula (S&D). – Gospodine predsjedniče, nakon prošlotjednog curenja dokumenata opet su uzavrle rasprave o TTIP-u. Građani imaju pravo na informacije i na temelju njih izraziti svoje mišljenje. Mi koji u konačnici odlučujemo uz medije imamo posebnu odgovornost.

Međutim, i u ovom slučaju populizam šteti jer osim što partikularno interpretira činjenice, slabi našu pregovaračku poziciju. A ona u središte treba staviti boljitak građana i zaštitu naših standarda, posebice regulatornu suradnju, socijalna i radnička prava te sigurnost hrane. Uz navedeno u kontekstu pregovora, hrvatski prioriteti su pristup izvorima financiranja za mala i srednja poduzeća, uklanjanje postojećih adminsitrativnih barijera za izvoz, prenošenje oznaka zaštite proizvoda, poštovanje pravila predostrožnosti oko GMO-a i ukidanje viza za naše građane.

Europski pregovarači trebaju čvrsto braniti standarde EU-a, koje smo toliko dugo zajednički stvarali. Na nama je da im na konstruktivan način pružimo podršku. Samo ako u tome uspijemo, TTIP će dobiti moju podršku.

  Izaskun Bilbao Barandica (ALDE). – Señor Presidente, el Gobierno español celebró la pasada semana el Día Mundial de la Libertad de Prensa ordenando el cese de las emisiones de la televisión pública vasca en Navarra a través de TDT. Esta señal, que aporta a la oferta informativa y televisiva una amplia programación en lengua vasca, se difunde sin problema alguno al amparo de las mismas leyes en otras comunidades autónomas, por lo que la medida es discriminatoria y arbitraria.

Técnicamente es injustificable, y políticamente, incomprensible, pues la ciudadanía navarra ha apoyado estas emisiones mediante acuerdos mayoritarios de su Parlamento. En definitiva, mientras la tecnología abre puertas a la libertad de expresión e información, mientras ofrece apoyos valiosísimos a la diversidad lingüística y cultural y permite ver televisión en euskera en todo el mundo, una decisión autoritaria y antieuropea estrecha la libertad de expresión e información.

  Κώστας Χρυσόγονος ( GUE/NGL). – Κύριε Πρόεδρε, τις τελευταίες ημέρες, η τουρκική προκλητικότητα απέναντι στην Ελλάδα έχει υπερβεί κάθε προηγούμενο. Με την αμφισβήτηση της κυριαρχίας κατοικημένων νησιών στο Αιγαίο ή ακόμη και στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος, με υπερπτήσεις σε χαμηλό ύψος πάνω από ελληνικά νησιά και με παραβιάσεις των ελληνικών χωρικών υδάτων. Η συμπεριφορά αυτή της Τουρκίας εγκυμονεί διαρκώς κινδύνους για νέα αεροπορικά ή ναυτικά δυστυχήματα κατά τη διάρκεια των προβλεπόμενων, με βάση το διεθνές δίκαιο, αναχαιτίσεων από τις ελληνικές αεροναυτικές δυνάμεις, όπως έχει συμβεί επανειλημμένα και στο παρελθόν. Το κυριότερο όμως είναι ότι η Ελλάδα υποχρεώνεται έτσι σε υψηλές αμυντικές δαπάνες, οι οποίες επιβαρύνουν τα δημοσιονομικά της προβλήματα και αποτελούν ιστορικά μια από τις κυριότερες αιτίες υπερχρέωσης της χώρας. Εφόσον η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση απαιτεί τη μείωση των ελληνικών αμυντικών δαπανών στο πλαίσιο των αξιολογήσεων του ελληνικού προγράμματος, οφείλει να αναλάβει έναν αντίστοιχα πιο ενεργό ρόλο στην αναχαίτιση της τουρκικής επιθετικότητας.

  Margot Parker (EFDD). – Mr President, last year I warned this Parliament about the dangers to children who are being swept onto the shores of Europe in the migrant crisis. I warned about the thousands of boys and girls who were disappearing, taken by traffickers across a Europe without frontiers. Now, the numbers of lost children have multiplied and Interpol has warned in January this year that 10 000 children have vanished. 5000 have disappeared Italy alone. One thousand are unaccounted for in Sweden. Europol’s chief of staff has said, ‘we just do not know where they are, what they are doing or who they are with’. Angela Merkel and other open border fanatics told the world that all could come. The sex traffickers – the men who supply the paedophiles – have accepted that invitation. This is a sacrifice of children for European ideology, and this Parliament does nothing.

  Josep-Maria Terricabras (Verts/ALE). – Señor Presidente, en el Día de Europa, desde este Parlamento Europeo, quisiera señalar dos cosas.

Primera, la Unión Europea vive momentos difíciles. Frente a ello, debemos mantenernos eurocríticos y alejarnos del euroescepticismo. Nuestros problemas solo se pueden arreglar con más Europa, no con menos. La Unión Europea es nuestro gran proyecto y debe convertirse a medio plazo en referente para todos en ámbitos indisolubles como el bienestar sostenible y la promoción de los derechos humanos.

Segunda, como ciudadano catalán en esta Cámara, quiero expresar el más firme compromiso de mis conciudadanos para trabajar por una Europa más responsable y más solidaria, una Europa de ciudadanos que defiendan la justicia y la libertad. Cataluña podrá implicarse mejor en esta tarea cuando próximamente se convierta en un nuevo Estado europeo.

  Dominique Bilde (ENF). – Monsieur le Président, 178 millions d'hectares de forêts se trouvent actuellement sur le territoire de l'Union européenne et mon pays, la France, est le troisième pays en surface.

Malheureusement, le secteur du bois a perdu près de 500 000 emplois en dix ans en France et les fermetures de scieries ou de menuiseries s'enchaînent. Dernièrement encore, dans mon département de Meurthe-et-Moselle, une scierie a fermé ses portes dans le Lunévillois avec, à la clé, une trentaine d'emplois perdus. Ce triste constat n'est que le résultat du dumping orchestré par la Chine vers laquelle nous exportons en masse nos bois bruts à des prix dérisoires pour nous les retourner transformés.

Une démarche écologique pragmatique et bonne pour l'emploi voudrait que les matériaux bruts, en l'occurrence le bois, soient produits, utilisés et transformés au plus près de leur lieu d'utilisation et non envoyés à l'autre bout de la planète pour en revenir sous forme de produits manufacturés.

Beaucoup d'États contingentent désormais leurs exportations vers une Chine qui subventionne massivement ces entreprises. L'Union nous interdit ses pratiques au nom du dogme ultralibéral. C'est pourquoi je pense qu'il est plus que temps de changer de méthode. Nos scieurs, nos emplois et la planète ne s'en porteront que mieux.

  Σωτήριος Ζαριανόπουλος ( NI). – Κύριε Πρόεδρε, αποφασίζετε σαν Ευρωκοινοβούλιο να μετονομάσετε τη σημερινή επέτειο, την 9η του Μάη, από μέρα της αντιφασιστικής νίκης των λαών σε μέρα της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, γέννημα των μονοπωλίων. Ξαναγράφετε την ιστορία, εξισώνοντας τον φασισμό με τον κομμουνισμό, κλιμακώνοντας τον αντικομμουνισμό, στηρίζοντας τις διώξεις κομμουνιστών σε πολλές χώρες στήνοντας φιέστες και σπίτια παραχάραξης της ευρωπαϊκής ιστορίας. Αντικειμενικά, καλλιεργείτε έδαφος για την αναβίωση του φασισμού που γεννά σαν εφεδρεία η καπιταλιστική σήψη και βαρβαρότητα. Ούτε την ιστορία μπορείτε να αλλάξετε, ούτε τη λαϊκή μνήμη να σβήσετε. Τιμάμε όσους πολέμησαν με κάθε τρόπο τον ναζισμό – φασισμό τότε και τώρα. Τα κομμουνιστικά κόμματα που ηρωικά ηγήθηκαν των εθνικοαπελευθερωτικών και αντιφασιστικών κινημάτων, τον τιτάνιο αγώνα και τις θυσίες της Σοβιετικής Ένωσης εκατομμυρίων μπολσεβίκων και σοβιετικών ανθρώπων που κάρφωσαν την κόκκινη σημαία στην καρδιά του ναζιστικού θηρίου στο Ράιχσταγκ. Η ιστορία δεν πισωγυρίζει. Ο 21ος αιώνας είναι η εποχή νικηφόρων σοσιαλιστικών επαναστάσεων για την κοινωνική απελευθέρωση.

  Romana Tomc (PPE). – Danes praznujemo dan Evrope. Vsako leto se ob tem dnevu sprašujemo, kje smo in kako rešiti naše izzive, naše probleme. Ampak zdi se, da se nam jih je letos nakopičilo še posebej veliko. Ne najdemo pravih rešitev in ne najdemo enotnosti.

In vemo vsi, da se mora Evropa spremeniti – nujno, takoj in zdaj, kajti takšna, kot je, ne more preživeti. Pa kljub temu, da se pogovarjamo o pomembnih stvareh, kot so migracije, kot so ekonomska globoka kriza, pa ne smemo pozabiti tudi na druge naše projekte, ki smo si jih zastavili. In ob tem bi rada opozorila na našo evropsko monetarno unijo.

Spremljevalni programi, ki jih delamo, niso dovolj. Zavedati se moramo, da bodo morale vse države, če želimo ohraniti evropsko monetarno unijo, narediti potrebne reforme. To nas bo stalo seveda veliko truda, ampak verjamemo, da se izplača. To je velik projekt, na katerem mora Evropa vztrajati.

  Viorica Dăncilă (S&D). – Domnule președinte, lunile trecute Comisia Europeană a propus liberalizarea regimului vizelor pentru cetățenii Georgiei care călătoresc în UE. Propunerea Comisiei Europene vine după o evaluare atentă a progreselor făcute de statul georgian în ceea ce privește implementarea măsurilor de reformă, necesare pentru a ajunge la acest punct. Progresele făcute de Georgia în ultimii ani au fost constatate de instituțiile europene și cred că Parlamentul European și guvernele statelor membre trebuie să susțină propunerea Comisiei Europene. România, în particular, a fost și este un susținător al aspirațiilor europene ale Georgiei, în special pentru implementarea Acordului de asociere UE-Georgia și a Planului de acțiune pentru liberalizarea vizelor. De altfel, majoritatea statelor europene au putut constata evoluțiile pozitive din Georgia și determinarea acestui stat de a atinge criteriile solicitate de către instituțiile europene. Înțeleg astfel aspirațiile și așteptările poporului georgian cu privire la acest moment.

  Jozo Radoš (ALDE). – Gospođo predsjednice, ruralna planinska i udaljena područja suočavaju se s energetskom krizom odnosno energetskim siromaštvom, a jedna od dimenzija tog siromaštva je i niska razina energetske učinkovitosti stambenih i poslovnih zgrada što u uvjetima manjih prihoda i povećane potrošnje situaciju stanovništva koje živi na tom području čini još težom.

Stoga pozivam Europsku komisiju na definiranje posebnih programa u postojećim programima fondova EU-a kojim bi se olakšala i omogućila bolja energetska učinkovitost, a to znači pojednostavljenje postupka za korištenje tih fondova i jednako tako informacijsku kampanju koja bi omogućila ljudima koji žive na tim područjima da više znaju i lakše koriste te fondove kako bi energetska učinkovitost i u tim područjima bila dovoljna velika i time bi se omogućilo ljudima da bolje žive.

  Paloma López Bermejo (GUE/NGL). – Señor Presidente, hoy se celebran setenta y un años de la victoria frente al fascismo en Europa, setenta y un años de la victoria de los pueblos por su libertad y por la justicia frente al horror y a la barbarie fascistas.

Mi país, España, fue sacrificado en la Guerra Fría, con Franco convertido en una pieza más del tablero atlántico en Europa. Pero vivió en nuestro pueblo el mismo espíritu y la misma esperanza de sus vecinos europeos: la de resistir y combatir a la opresión y vivir en democracia.

Hoy, sin embargo, es la propia Europa la que traiciona a sus clases trabajadoras, la que niega el pan y la dignidad a sus hijos, la que señala a los migrantes en lugar de acogerlos, la que, en definitiva, alimenta los monstruos que dice combatir, como demuestra el nuevo auge de la extrema derecha en un continente devastado por la austeridad y la desafección de su ciudadanía.

Quiero reivindicar hoy la memoria de aquellos que lucharon contra el fascismo, porque su combate está más vivo que nunca, en la calle, en los barrios; por otra política fundada en el trabajo y sus derechos; porque solo la organización de la clase trabajadora puede vencer la hidra del fascismo.

  Gilles Lebreton (ENF). – Monsieur le Président, le commissaire Pierre Moscovici vient d'affirmer que les réfugiés soutiennent la croissance. Selon lui, l'accueil des migrants serait en effet l'une des raisons de la croissance économique qui va atteindre près de 2 % en 2016 dans la zone euro. Il estime que les dépenses publiques en faveur des migrants produisent – je cite – un effet de relance sur l'économie qu'il estime à 0,3 % du PIB dans l'Union européenne et même à 0,5 % en Allemagne.

La réalité est bien différente. Plusieurs études ont en effet montré, ces dernières années, les conséquences catastrophiques de l'immigration pour la France. Une étude de 2012 de Jean-Paul Gourévitch chiffre son surcoût budgétaire à 17 milliards d'euros. Une étude de 2013, d'André Posokhow, l'évalue même à 84 milliards d'euros, en prenant en compte tous les surcoûts induits par l'immigration sur la police, la justice, la santé, l'éducation et le logement.

La conclusion s'impose une fois de plus: la Commission de Bruxelles ment aux peuples européens.

  Claude Rolin (PPE). – Monsieur le Président, 23 millions de citoyens européens sont actuellement sans emploi et 76 millions sont peu – ou ne sont pas – qualifiés. Derrière ces chiffres se jouent des drames humains. Notre modèle social tremble, nous devons éviter qu'il ne vacille.

Le cadre de qualité européen pour les apprentissages, élaboré par la Confédération européenne des syndicats, l'atteste: la formation en alternance sur le long terme avec une mobilité renforcée est une voie royale menant à l'emploi. L'apprentissage doit être façonné en fonction des besoins et des compétences spécifiques attendus sur le marché du travail. Partenaires sociaux, organismes de formation et autorités publiques doivent mener ce travail de concert.

Si les futures initiatives européennes, comme l'Agenda pour des compétences nouvelles pour l'Europe, permettent d'attirer les apprenants vers des études générales et également vers la formation professionnelle, la réussite socio—économique sera au rendez—vous. L'Union européenne a besoin de projets politiques et de projets positifs, aussi saisissons—nous de ce défi pour le relever de façon concrète!

  José Blanco López (S&D). – Señor Presidente, a lo largo de esta cruenta crisis, cientos de miles de familias españolas han sido desahuciadas de sus viviendas y la única respuesta que han encontrado en el Gobierno español es pasividad. En mi país, millones de personas sufren igualmente abusos hipotecarios por cláusulas suelo draconianas y la única respuesta que han encontrado en el Gobierno español es pasividad. En España, los jueces no pueden paralizar la venta de la vivienda de una familia desahuciada mientras se analiza la validez de un contrato, y la única respuesta que han encontrado en el Gobierno español es pasividad. Por eso, señor Presidente, pido una acción decidida por parte de la Comisión Europea para poner freno a esta situación.

  Jasenko Selimovic (ALDE). – Herr talman! Det är mycket sorgliga rapporter som dagligen kommer från OSSE:s särskilda övervakningsstyrka i östra Ukraina. Eldupphöret i Ukraina överträds med allt tätare mellanrum vilket betyder att våldet kring kontaktlinjer har nått alarmerande nivåer. Artilleri och granatkastare används dessutom nästan dagligen vilket är ett tydligt brott mot Minsk-överenskommelsen, och vi — EU — tittar bara på.

Låt mig vara tydlig; jag välkomnar överenskommelsen som har nåtts inom ramen för den trilaterala kontaktgruppen om att införa eldupphör under den ortodoxa påsken och helgdagar i maj, men jag tycker att vi tre EU-institutioner med kommissionen i spetsen måste kräva mer, vi måste använda detta tillfälle för att återupprätta fullständig vapenvila.

Människor i östra delar av Ukraina lever under väldigt svåra förhållanden, en väldig humanitär kris. Rapporterna som kommer till oss är t.o.m. svåra att läsa. Vi är skyldiga att göra allt vi kan för att pressa fram en permanent vapenvila.

Is trí fhorbairt ar bhainc phoiblí a thiocfaidh an t-athrú seo agus caithfimid tús a chur leis láithreach.

  Beatrix von Storch (EFDD). – Herr Präsident! Der Rat der EZB hat letzten Mittwoch in seiner Allmächtigkeit und in seiner Selbstherrlichkeit den Fünfhundert-Euro-Schein abgeschafft. Das Argument: Die EZB habe Bedenken, dass diese Banknote Kriminellen Vorschub leistet, Terrorfinanzierung und Geldwäsche. Im Ernst: Glauben wir wirklich, dass ein Krimineller aufhört, kriminell zu sein, weil er statt zwei Fünfhundert-Euro-Noten nun fünf Zweihundert-Euro-Noten braucht und statt eines Geldkoffers zwei? Das kann uns doch wirklich keiner erzählen.

Worum es wirklich geht, ist Geldpolitik. Die EZB und Mario Draghi müssen Minuszinsen durchdrücken. Denn wer für sein Sparbuch keine Zinsen mehr bekommt, sondern Zinsen bezahlen muss, der flüchtet sich in das Bargeld und hebt das Geld vom Konto ab. Was die EZB also letzten Mittwoch beschlossen hat, ist der offizielle Einstieg in die Abschaffung des Bargelds. Bargeld ist Freiheit. Bargeld will ich erhalten. Wer Bargeld abschaffen will, ist totalitär.

  Franc Bogovič (PPE). – V lanskem letu smo v Parlamentu dolgo časa usklajevali dokumente, s katerimi smo dali jasna izhodišča Evropski komisiji, kako se sme pogajati v našem imenu, v imenu Evropejcev, okoli transatlantskega sporazuma.

V zadnjih dneh smo bili zopet priča, da izvemo iz medijev o tajnih dokumentih, da nam o tem govorijo predstavniki Greenpeacea, ostali nasprotniki... Komisija pa enostavno ne pride pred Parlament oziroma ne obvešča tekoče javnosti, kaj se v teh pogovorih dogaja.

Žal je pomanjkanje transparentnosti ena od tistih zadev, ki je za moje pojme največja grožnja temu sporazumu.

Zato apeliram na Komisijo, naj okoli tega sporazuma najprej zagotovi Parlamentu, da bodo upoštevane vse ovire, vse težave, na katere smo opozorili – predvsem na področju varne hrane, okolja in podobno. V nadaljevanju pa da s tem seznani tako Parlament kot javnost in da ne bodo Evropejci odvisni od nevladnih sektorjev in od nekih tajnih dokumentov.

  Julie Ward (S&D). – Mr President, on 9 May, exactly 66 years ago, the Schuman Declaration laid out a vision for peace and reconciliation in Europe, rising from the ashes of war and genocide. That vision of solidarity was the foundation for the European Union.

As we mark Europe Day, we are sadly once again seeing mass atrocities, genocide and war crimes taking place on our borders, with xenophobia and racism on the rise across Europe. The EU must act in line with its historic heritage and formulate a clear policy and plan of action to stop and prevent genocide and mass atrocities around the world. I have been engaged with the European Grassroots Antiracist Movement, joining a network of parliamentarians working to raise awareness and commemorate genocides in Rwanda, Bosnia and Armenia so that we can learn the lessons of the past. We must use this terrible history as a platform for intercultural dialogue and exchange. Never again!

  Marijana Petir (PPE). – Gospodine predsjedniče, krajem mjeseca travnja Hrvatsku je pogodilo veliko zahlađenje praćeno mrazom te su nasadi voća, povrća i vinove loze u središnjoj i sjeverozapadnoj Hrvatskoj gotovo potpuno uništeni. Trenutačna šteta u kojoj je stradalo 90-100 % predviđenog uroda voća te do 90 % uroda grožđa i povrća procijenjuje se na oko 15 milijuna EUR. Osim u Hrvatskoj, ovo iznenadno zahlađenje uzrokovalo je dosad nezabilježene štete i kod naših susjeda u Mađarskoj, Sloveniji i Austriji.

Nakon prošlogodišnje krize uzrokovane ruskim embargom koji je još uvijek na snazi, a pogodio je europske proizvođače voća i povrća, ova elementarna nepogoda novi je udar te bi mogla značiti njihov kraj ako im hitno ne pomognemo. Tražimo od Europske komisije da financijski podupre poljoprivrednike pogođene elementarnom nepogodom i pozitivno odgovori pogođenim državama članicama koje zatraže pomoć.

Jedino tako možemo spasiti europsku proizvodnju voća i povrća te zaštititi europske potrošače od povećanja cijena do kojih bi moglo doći uslijed nedostatka domaće proizvodnje.

  Lucy Anderson (S&D). – Mr President, this is an important time for the development of postal and delivery services across Europe. Our EU laws in this sector have been under review, and we shortly expect a proposed measure on parcel deliveries from the European Commission. In fact, EU rules protect the right of households and businesses to reliable and affordable letter and parcel services. Contrary to what we are told by Eurosceptics, these rules do not require privatisation of our postal sector, and let us not forget how significant our mail is for jobs and also in terms of new technology and internet-based economic activity. Physical products we buy online still need to get to us in real life.

Around 1.5 million jobs in the EU are provided by postal and delivery services. We want the sector to thrive through long-term investment and the creation of quality and sustainable jobs, not through increasingly precarious employment arrangements. I and many Members of the European Parliament – more than 50 – also support the Keep Me Posted campaign to ensure that people can make proper decisions about how they receive key information affecting their lives.   Michaela Šojdrová (PPE). – Pane předsedající, přesně před šedesáti šesti lety pronesl svoji vizi pro bezpečnou Evropu Robert Schuman. Bylo to pět let po skončení druhé světové války a Evropa se vzpamatovávala z válečných traumat. Politikové si kladli otázky, jak neopakovat stejné hrůzy. Svoji vizi Schuman zformuloval takto:

"Par la mise en commun de productions de base et l'institution d'une haute autorité nouvelle, dont les décisions lieront la France, l'Allemagne et les pays qui y adhéreront, cette proposition réalisera les premières assises concrètes d'une fédération européenne indispensable à la préservation de la paix."

Již před šedesáti šesti lety bylo tedy jasné, že cesta k bezpečné Evropě nebude jednorázovou a jednoduchou. Je dobré si toto dlouhotrvající úsilí připomenout. Kdysi v komunistickém Československu jsem snila o svobodném životě, jaký zažíváme dnes. Otcové zakladatelé měli odvahu a my ji musíme mít také, i dnes, abychom se nebáli jim za to poděkovat a v tomto úsilí pokračovat.

  Maria Grapini (S&D). – Domnule președinte, doresc să mă refer în declarația mea la problema restituirii proprietăților în România. Am ales acest subiect pentru că, recent, un euro-deputat din Ungaria a adus grave prejudicii de imagine, acuzând România de discriminare a minorității maghiare și a Bisericii Reformate. Vreau să informez Parlamentul European că România, ca și celelalte țări foste comuniste, a abordat problema restituirii după 1990. Evident că a fost și este un proces dificil, după unele estimări, în ianuarie 1990, în țara mea erau circa trei milioane de persoane în postura de chiriași în imobile naționalizate. Nu putem să ne jucăm cu viața oamenilor, mai ales că mulți erau persoane în vârstă. Este adevărat că procedura a fost greoaie și pentru faptul că mulți moștenitori au prezentat documente incomplete, dar nu există nicio dovadă, niciuna, că s-ar fi aplicat în procesul restituirii principiul etniei sau al cultului, așa cum a reclamat Biserica Reformată. Din contră, am văzut recent într-un orășel mic, în Aiud, cum imobilul retrocedat Bisericii Reformate a pus în pericol viața a șase familii, cu zece minori, prin deconectarea de la curentul electric. Cred că cea mai bună dovadă că România nu a discriminat nicio minoritate sunt deciziile Curții Europene a Drepturilor Omului.

  Andrejs Mamikins (S&D). – Priekšsēdētāja kungs! Vakar visā Eiropā atzīmēja nacisma sagrāves dienu. Tas ir milzīgs notikums visas cilvēces vēsturē. Manā valstī, Latvijā, šo dienu, uzvaru pār nacismu atzīmēt racionāli ir gan 8. maijā, gan, kā vairākas ģimenes dara, arī 9. maijā. Tikai iedomājieties, kolēģi, arī šajā vēlajā stundā Rīgā un citās Latvijas pilsētās laukumi ir pilni ar cilvēkiem, jo cilvēki turpina svinēt uzvaru pār nacismu.

Eiropa dzimusi pēc nacisma sagrāves. Eiropas Savienības projekts ir ideja par Eiropu ar solidaritāti, par Eiropu ar brālību, par Eiropu bez robežām, līdz ar to manā ieskatā šodien kā nekad aktuāli mūsu pienākums ir izrādīt solidaritāti ar cilvēkiem, kuri dzīvo gadu desmitiem Latvijā un Igaunijā ar Latvijas un Igaunijas nepilsonību, un obligāti piešķirt viņiem tiesības vēlēt Eiropas Parlamentu.
