  Carlos Moedas, Member of the Commission. – When proposing and adopting delegated acts under the regionalisation provisions of this plan, the Commission will comply with the framework set out in the Basic Regulation (in particular Article 18), and the practice established under the Basic Regulation in implementing the regionalisation process will continue as it has since 2014.
