- Prima della votazione sul considerando C:

  Reinhard Bütikofer (Verts/ALE). – Mr President, the indication on the screen was misleading. It said that we were voting on Recital C while we were still voting on paragraph 18. So I think this has to be corrected.

  Presidente. – Onorevole Bütikofer, non si tratta di un errore perché, essendo stata respinta la prima parte del paragrafo 18, la seconda parte è decaduta, ragion per cui l'appello nominala riguardava effettivamente il considerando C.

  Monika Hohlmeier (PPE). – Was der Kollege Bütikofer meinte, ist, dass alle glaubten, noch über Ziffer 18 abzustimmen, in Wirklichkeit aber über Erwägung C abgestimmt haben und dass deshalb nochmal über Erwägung C abgestimmt werden sollte, weil versehentlich falsch abgestimmt wurde.

  Presidente. – Tutto chiaro. Comunque se volete rivotare, rivotiamo. Votiamo quindi il considerando C.
