11.6. Prospeto a publicar em caso de oferta pública de valores mobiliários ou da sua admissão à negociação (A8-0238/2016 - Petr Ježek) (votação)

– Before the vote on Article 36(2), after point (c):

  Ernest Urtasun (Verts/ALE). – Madam President, I would like to introduce an oral amendment to Article 6(2) after point (c). It would read as follows: ‘minimum administrative pecuniary sanctions of at least the amount of the profits gained or losses avoided or the losses inflicted on third parties because of the infringement, where those can be determined;’.

(The oral amendment was not accepted)

  Petr Ježek, rapporteur. – Madam President, I would like to request the postponement of the vote on the draft legislative resolution under Rule 61(2) of the Rules of Procedure.

(The proposal to refer the report back to committee was approved).
