- Prima della votazione:

  Norbert Neuser, rapporteur. – Mr President, sorry, we want very briefly, on behalf of my co-rapporteur, Bogdan Wenta, to table two short amendments concerning paragraph 5 and paragraph 79. It is written but I will just tell you: ‘stresses the importance of defining poverty in line with the definition of the 2005 Consensus and the Agenda for Change and within the framework of the Lisbon Treaty’. That is paragraph 5 and in paragraph 79, just to add the word ‘humanity’.
