– After the vote on the Commission proposal:

Daniel Dalton, rapporteur. – Madam President, I will be very quick as I know everyone wants to get on with the voting. Under Rule 59(4), I would like to request to refer this matter back to the committee responsible in order that we can begin interinstitutional negotiations.
