  Hilde Vautmans, rapporteur. – As agreed with the shadows on this report, I want as rapporteur to introduce an oral amendment on paragraph four – after ‘except for self—defence’, we want to introduce the following: ‘and under no circumstances should private security companies be allowed to take part in or conduct interrogations’.
