11. Podpis aktov prijatých v súlade s riadnym legislatívnym postupom (článok 78 rokovacieho poriadku)

  Der Präsident. – In dieser Woche wird der Präsident zusammen mit dem Präsidenten des Rates gemäß Artikel 78 der Geschäftsordnung 16 Rechtsakte unterzeichnen, die gemäß dem ordentlichen Gesetzgebungsverfahren angenommen wurden. Die Titel dieser Rechtsakte werden im Protokoll dieser Sitzung veröffentlicht.

  Anna Elżbieta Fotyga (ECR). – Mr President, I wanted to state to Parliament that in the evening of December 8, a major terrorist attack was committed by ADF rebels in North Kivu province of the DRC, killing 15 UN peacekeepers and seriously wounding more than 53 soldiers stationed there belonging to the MONUSCO UN Mission deployed to eastern DRC.

On behalf of the Subcommittee on Security and Defence, I would like to convey our deepest sympathy to the families of those who perished in that Islamist terrorist attack.
