Pavel Svoboda (PPE). – Mr President, the purpose of the three oral amendments which I am going to present now is to keep the report up to date and to reflect what has been negotiated this morning in the area of cooperation and information sharing as regards the negotiation and conclusion of international agreements. I am doing so on behalf of the two co—rapporteurs, myself and Mr Corbett. The first concerns paragraph 71, where the word ‘two’ is to be replaced by the word ‘three’. At the end of paragraph 71, once again, the following sentence should be added: ‘Notes the progress made so far and strongly insists that these negotiations should be concluded still under the Bulgarian Presidency’. The third is to delete the whole of paragraph 74.
(Gli emendamenti orali sono stati accolti)
– Prima della votazione sul considerando W:
Heidi Hautala (Verts/ALE). – Mr President, first let me congratulate you on your birthday.
(Applause)
I would like to propose an oral amendment, paragraph 86(a) (new). I will read it and I hope it’s self—explanatory: ‘takes due note of the Judgment T—540/15, De Capitani v European Parliament, which reaffirms that the principles of publicity and transparency are inherent to the EU legislative process and that no general presumption of non—disclosure can be upheld as regards legislative documents, including trilogue documents’.
Presidente. – Grazie on. Hautala, grazie anche per l'affetto, c'è opposizione a questa richiesta? Non si alza nessuno, allora mettiamola in votazione.
