– After the vote on paragraph 30:

  Reinhard Bütikofer (Verts/ALE). – Madam President, I would like to move the following oral amendment: expresses its conviction that Russia’s membership in the Council of Europe is an important element of the present landscape of institutional relations in Europe; hopes that ways can be found to convince Russia of not abandoning its Council of Europe membership.
