– After the vote:

  Tytti Tuppurainen, President-in-Office of the Council. – Madam President, honourable Members, ladies and gentlemen, the European Parliament has just adopted amendments to the Council’s position on Draft amending budget No 4 to the general budget for 2019.

I take note of the differences in the positions of our two institutions concerning this Draft amending budget No 4 of 2019 presented by the Commission.

Consequently, in my capacity as President of the Council, I agree that the President of the European Parliament convenes the conciliation committee, as required in point C of Article 314, paragraph 4, of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.

  President. – Thank you Minister. The Parliament will now convene the Conciliation Committee, and we move on to the vote on the second report by Mr Howarth, by roll call. The vote is open.
