11.1. Den Europæiske Unions almindelige budget for regnskabsåret 2020 – alle sektioner (afstemning)

– Vor der Abstimmung über Änderungsantrag 964:

  Marcel Kolaja (Verts/ALE). – Mr President, I’d like to ask you to go slower because the interpreters are not catching up, so those who don’t understand German don’t know what they are voting about. Thank you very much.

– Vor der Abstimmung über Änderungsantrag 561:

  Henrik Overgaard Nielsen (NI). – Mr President, this is ridiculous. We cannot follow this. It’s too quick. The interpreters cannot follow. You need to slow down. People have worked hard on this budget. It might be an idea that we actually get the right votes.

  Der Präsident. – Herr Kollege! Wenn Sie meine Antwort nicht anhören wollen, dann werden Sie auf gar keinen Fall etwas verstehen. Ich bemühe mich. Ich höre, dass die englische Verdolmetschung heute etwas langsamer ist als normalerweise.

– Nach der Abstimmung über Block 7:

  Luisa Porritt (Renew). – Mr President, the vote wasn’t actually open for us to vote on that occasion.

  Der Präsident. – Frau Kollegin! Bei Block 7 gab es keine namentliche Abstimmung. Deshalb haben die Handzeichen genügt.

– Am Ende der Abstimmung:

  Kimmo Tiilikainen, President-in-Office of the Council. – Mr. President, honourable Members of the European Parliament, ladies and gentlemen. The European Parliament has just adopted amendments to the Council’s position on the draft budget for the financial year 2020. I take note of the differences in the positions of our two institutions concerning the draft budget for 2020 presented by the Commission. Consequently, in my capacity as President of the Council, I agree that the President of the European Parliament convenes the Conciliation Committee, as required in point C of paragraph 4 of Article 314 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.

  Der Präsident. – Vielen Dank, Herr Staatssekretär! Das Parlament wird nun den Vermittlungsausschuss einberufen. Eine Schlussabstimmung ist hier nicht erforderlich.
