– Vor der Abstimmung über Änderungsantrag 40:

  Nikolaj Villumsen (GUE/NGL). – Mr President, I have an oral amendment. I have been approached by many would like to support this but have been worried about the consequences for refugees and civil society. That’s why I’m putting forward this oral amendment that means that the whole amendment, including the oral amendment, will be like this: ‘freeze all payments of funds to Turkey’ and – here comes the oral amendment – ‘excluding the aid to civil society and refugees’ – end of oral amendment – ‘until the end of the invasion of north-eastern Syria’.

Wenn ich das noch mal erläutern darf: Bei mündlichen Änderungsanträgen gibt es keine Wortmeldungen. Die Frage ist: Gibt es Einwände? Und die werden in diesem Hause nicht mündlich geäußert, sondern durch Aufstehen. Ich sehe mehr als 40 Kollegen, und damit ist der mündliche Änderungsantrag nicht zugelassen.
