Weil noch so viele neu sind, noch mal der gesonderte Hinweis: Bitte lassen Sie Ihre Stimmkarte in der Maschine, bis das Licht auf Ihrer Maschine erloschen ist. Wenn Sie Ihre Stimmkarte vor Schluss der Abstimmung herausziehen, dann geht Ihre Stimme verloren. Es wird dann weder dafür/dagegen/Enthaltung gezählt noch wird Ihre Teilnahme an der Abstimmung berücksichtigt.

  Christos Stylianides, Member of the Commission. – Mr President, on behalf of the Commission, the Commission takes note of this resolution adopted by the European Parliament. It affirms that the draft Commission Regulation is in line with the procedural steps set out in Council Decision 1999/468/EC on Comitology and Regulation No 1107/2009, and that it is therefore within the implementing powers conferred on the Commission in the latter Regulation. Furthermore, the Standing Committee has given a favourable opinion on the draft act and the Council has already decided not to oppose it.

The Commission regrets that the European Parliament has rejected this measure, which would have strengthened the assessment of the acute risk to honeybees. No part of the 2013 EFSA Bee Guidance Document can now be implemented, and the overall protection of bees cannot be improved.
