  President. – Colleagues, before we move to our next speaker, I want to make a welcoming address here to visitors that we have in the plenary. We have the Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of North Macedonia, His Excellency Mr Talat Xhaferi, and we have the pleasure to welcome him in the diplomatic gallery this evening.
