  Laura Huhtasaari (ID). – Madam President, last month, the Commission’s website read that the EU must not finance its own budget by borrowing. Now this finance debt limiting specification has been deleted. The rule of law is a joke in the EU because the EU does not follow it. An eternal question from whom the money is taken and to whom it is given.

Ms von der Leyen emphasises that Member States should not think of their own good, but the common good. What is the common good? In 2011, it was the French and German banks. Now we should support the Italian and French banks. By how much must all countries first become over-indebted before this madness ends?
