  Der Präsident. – Bevor wir die Aussprachen fortsetzen, möchte ich vor der zweiten Abstimmungsrunde von heute gemäß Artikel 59 Absatz 4 GO Herrn López Aguilar das Wort erteilen, der zur Rücküberweisung an den Ausschuss im Hinblick auf interinstitutionelle Verhandlungen über das Digitale grüne Zertifikat – Unionsbürgerinnen und Unionsbürger und das Digitale grüne Zertifikat – Drittstaatsangehörige sprechen wird.

Herr López Aguilar hat für eine Minute das Wort.

  Juan Fernando López Aguilar (S&D), rapporteur. – Mr President, I’ll be truly short because my only point here is that after the announcement of the vote we had on the two files relating to the initiative taken by the Commission on the Digital Green Certificate, I hereby request that those two files be referred back to the competent committee, which is the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs, precisely to start up immediately, the sooner the better, the interinstitutional negotiations with the Council.
