– After the vote on the Commission proposal:

  Bas Eickhout, rapporteur. – Mr President, I thank colleagues for this interesting vote – very tight vote sometimes, but we made it. So I want to thank everyone, especially the shadows, and I would like to ask now for referral back to the committee for immediate start of interinstitutional negotiations, according to Rule 59(4).
