7. Follow-up to a request for the defence of immunity

  President. – The JURI Committee has informed me of its conclusion that the request for defence of immunity of Eva Kaili announced in plenary on 12 June 2023 is inadmissible. The JURI Committee has therefore decided to close the procedure.
