Will the Council heed the call made in the final recommendations of the Conference on the Future of Europe[1] and the European Parliament resolution[2] to convene a Convention to consider EU Treaty changes?

If so, where and when is a Convention likely to be convened?

If not, does that mean Treaty change is off the table this parliamentary term?
