On 18 September 2025, a motion was passed in the Dutch House of Representatives to designate Antifa as a terrorist organisation.[1]

• 1.Following the example of the Netherlands, is the Council considering adding Antifa and persons affiliated with this movement to the EU terrorist list of persons and organisations subject to sanctions?
• 2.If not, why not?
