To what extent to date has funding been absorbed by the Member States and particularly Greece from each of the funds in the area of internal affairs and specifically the Refugee Fund, the External Borders Fund, the Fund for the Integration of Third-country Nationals and the Return Fund? What is the Commission’s view of Greece’s take-up rate in comparison with that of the other Member States?
